Returns & Refunds Policy

At Plum Tree Thoughtz, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our Returns & Refunds Policy works.

1. Returns

• Items must be returned within [10] days of receipt
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Include original packaging and receipt/order confirmation

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow [5–10 business days] for processing once we receive the returned      item
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Sale items marked “Final Sale”
• Personalized or customized products
